Careful planning is the first stage in our construction process. You simply discuss your ideas with NBS, size, location, the purpose for your outbuilding, whether it is to be single or two storeys, windows and general styling etc of your outbuilding, and we will do the rest....
NBS also offer advise on aspects of planning and can help guide a client through the local planning application process*.Where necessary NBS will provide the client with designs and artists impressions of your outbuilding to support a planning application.
* The client should always consult the Local Authorities prior to the construction of any structure to ensure that it will conform to the local consent requirements.
Building Regulations
NBS will work under the guidance of any building regulations that will relate to the
new structure.
